I have to make this post a quick one because I need to head out soon! Breakfast was oatmeal again. 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup soy milk, 3/4 cup water, a frozen banana, 1 Tbsp wheat germ, 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal, 1 tsp light brown sugar, 1 Tbsp walnuts, a spoonful of PB, and cinnamon. Just what I was craving! 467 calories, 16 g fat, 13 g fiber, and 16 g protein.
My sister and I went to the gym shortly after my 10:00 breakfast! I did the same thing as yesterday pretty much. 35 minutes on the treadmill, 5 minutes on the stairmaster, and 10 minutes on the ET, plus some stretching and abs. I got home and had lunch soon after. I made almost the same thing yesterday, except I had unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon instead of the yogurt(!!), and a mango instead of the orange. I had less spaghetti squash today because that’s all that was left of it! So, I had tortilla with 1/2 avocado, orange bell pepper strips, fresh ground black pepper, and about a Tbsp of salsa. I had the rest of the pepper on the side, 6 oz applesauce, a whole mango, and about a cup of spaghetti squash with tomato sauce/paste and oregano, thyme, garlic powder, pepper, and 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds (that you can actually see today)! This meal was 569 calories, 23 g fat, 27 g fiber, and 18 g protein.
I am having dinner with my boyfriend’s family tonight. His mom is making vegetarian and fish quesadillas. I doubt I will be taking a picture, but I may be able to sneak in a shot with my camera phone! LET’S GO PENS!!!!!!!!!!
