Superfoods breakfast

I woke up to snow on the ground :-( booo. I cheered myself up with some breakfast though! I like to include as many superfoods as possible throughout the day, so today I made oat bran (1/3 cup dry bob’s red mill), with 1/2 cup soymilk, 1/2 cup water, medium sliced banana, a cup of frozen blueberries, cinnamon, and 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal. I topped it with chopped walnuts. Banana is the only food not listed as a superfood, but it is a sidekick of one of them! It was yummy, but I missed my peanut butter, and pumpkin too. I prefer old fashioned and steel cut oats over oat bran. The texture just isn’t as yummy and smooth. Still delicious though…and filling! + a cup of chamomile
…the color of my cereal doesn’t look that good haha. But now I’m going to the kitchen to make some hummus!!!
